Meet the Team
Dr Elzette Rossouw

I have a keen interest in ultrasonography and internal medicine.
Dr Alet Engelbrecht

Belinda van Eeden
ReceptionistAfter 7 years at the Animal Welfare Society, I was blessed to join the Durbanville Animal Hospital Team in 2006. I share my life with my partner Marius and 2 Pugs, Archie and Alice. They teach me daily about unconditional love, patience, dog hair is a fashion and it is okay to be obsessed with treats.

I am a hiker by heart and I love to travel. I would never change my position for I have a passion for animals.
Jane Bezuidenhout
Practice ManagerI’m the Practice Manager for Durbanville Animal Hospital. I have been part of the growth of this busy practice since 1994 and have watched the staff grow and develop over the years. I’m a Sagittarius/Capricorn by birth, which means I am organised, wise and dedicated to my career, but have itchy feet and like to travel. At home I like to garden and read and take my elderly pooch, Molly, for afternoon walks. I also enjoy swimming, either in the sea in Mauritius or in my local pool doing aqua-aerobics. Presently I am attempting to learn French, which is proving to be difficult. I hope to continue organising the staff at DAH for many years to come.
Regan van Gee
Kennel AssistantI started working at Durbanville Animal Hospital in 2016 after years of working in pet shops. I have 2 beautiful dogs, Nompriechie and Sheba, and am adored by the cats in my neighbourhood.
Khaya Malima
Kennel AssistantMy name is Khaya. I'm a quiet individual who loves animals. I'm a creative type who enjoys cooking new meals and experimenting with different flavours. I've just discovered a new passion: longboarding. I love rapping and I'm a huge hip-hop fan. I own 3 crossbreed dogs (2 of which I adopted) and one cat.
Kenneth Wana
Kennel AssistantI started my journey in the veterinary world in 1999. My passion for animals has led me to work in welfare practices, private practices, with exotics and in very mixed practices in rural areas. At home I have two dogs and a cat, and I enjoy both playing and coaching soccer. I live in Cape Town with my wife and two daughters, one of whom is in nursing college, and one is in high school. I hope to continue working in the animal world for many years.
